Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unassembled and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, product information, and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  5. Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Floor Care Products: Canister Vacuums, Carpet Cleaner Machines, Handheld Vacuums, and Floor Care Accessories
  • Dorm Home Appliances

These items are exempt from returns due to hygiene considerations and are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
