We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be unassembled and unused
• Original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

2 Provide Order Details
Include your order number, product information, and reason for return/exchange.

3 Receive Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

4 Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

5 Ship the Item
Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA authorization).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Shipping Costs

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

• If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
